Your tasks

• Customer support: You assist credit card customers by phone and in writing with questions about billing, card limits, and our services.
• Card blocking: In case of loss or theft, you react quickly and ensure that the cards are blocked.
• Fraud prevention: You check suspicious transactions and help to track down possible fraud cases.
• Administrative tasks: You keep customer data up to date and take care of various back-office activities.

What you bring with you

• Language skills: You speak fluent German (C1/C2) and have very good knowledge of French.
• Flexibility: Shift work is no problem for you – you are willing to work during the day, evening, night, and at weekends.
• Impeccable character: A current criminal record and debt collection extract without relevant entries is a prerequisite.
• Enjoyment of customer contact: You are service-oriented, patient, and communicate clearly and kindly.
• IT skills: You enjoy working on the PC and quickly find your way around new systems.
