🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training with further education in the field of Food and Beverage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
- Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
- Strong service mentality, high quality awareness and attention to detail
- Well-groomed appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanour
- Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
📄 YOUR TASKS
- Planning and implementation of exclusive events, banquets and functions
- Contact person for events on site
- Representation of the purchaser during their absence
- Management of the F&B department during the absence of the F&B Manager
- Co-responsibility for the Food & Beverage area (Grand Restaurant, Da Vittorio - St. Moritz, Fondue Gondolas, Carlton Bar / Bel Etage and Terrace, Room Service, as well as purchasing)
- Co-responsibility for menu design, cash and system management
