Your tasks

• Competent and individual advice for our demanding national and international clientele
• Passionate and convincing sale of high-quality clothing
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Attractive presentation and care of the assortment according to our quality standards
• Active participation in sales promotions, product launches, and events
• Ensuring a first-class shopping experience at the highest service level
• Representing the department manager during their absence

Your profile

• Several years of sales experience in upscale retail
• Enthusiasm for the world of fashion and luxury
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as joy in active selling
• Stylish, well-groomed, and engaging personality with a professional appearance
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Initial leadership experience
• Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
