Your tasks
HR Project Management and Concept Development
- You take responsibility for HR projects from the initial idea to successful implementation and drive them forward independently.
- You question existing processes, identify potential improvements, and develop practical solutions from them.
- You develop concepts, decision-making bases, and concrete recommendations for action for senior management.
- You prepare complex topics in an understandable way and represent your projects to senior management, executives, and other stakeholders.
- You design workshops, bring together different perspectives, and accompany change and optimisation processes.
- You contribute to the development and revision of regulations, directives, and guidelines and ensure their successful implementation.
- You further develop HR instruments and standards and optimise processes along the entire HR lifecycle.
- You drive digitalisation forward and make an active contribution to the further professionalisation of the HR department.
HR Support
- You support the HR management with administrative and organisational tasks and independently take on defined areas of responsibility.
- You participate in various HR processes and support the implementation of ongoing HR topics and projects.
- You create evaluations, statistics, presentations, and decision-making bases and prepare relevant information appropriately for the target audience.
- You support managers and employees with HR-related questions and ensure professional and solution-oriented handling.
- You contribute to the maintenance, further development, and optimisation of HR systems and digital HR processes.
- You identify improvement potentials in operational HR day-to-day and bring your own ideas to simplify and professionalise workflows.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in Human Resources and have successfully implemented HR projects or cross-departmental initiatives.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues, developing concepts, and translating them into practical solutions.
- You move confidently between operational daily business and strategic topics and keep an overview even with multiple projects.
- You communicate appropriately for the target audience and present yourself convincingly to managers and senior management.
- You see change as an opportunity and advance new ideas with the necessary implementation strength.
- You work in a structured, independent manner and like to take responsibility.
- A further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Project Management completes your profile.
