Construction / Project Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, independently working individual with solid practical experience in construction or project management. In this role, you will take charge of demanding construction projects from planning to handover. You coordinate internal and external project participants, ensure quality, deadlines, and costs, and are the central contact person for clients, specialist planners, and contractors.

Your area of responsibility:

• Construction / project management for the assigned construction projects
• Coordination of architects, specialist planners, authorities, companies, and third parties
• Compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs
• Reliable and independent working
• Finding solutions for any construction issues
• Responsibility for the realisation of construction projects to the fullest satisfaction of the clients
• Advising and supporting the clients
• Reporting to the overall project manager

Your profile:

• You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you are a federally certified construction manager, construction technician (building construction), or architect, or have worked as a construction manager for several years
• You are goal-oriented, can quickly adapt to new circumstances, and keep an overview even in stressful situations
• You possess entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, are willing to perform, and innovative
• You convince through your high social and professional competence, your communication skills, and your organisational talent
