The office specialises in client representation and project management and supports projects from the competition phase through to realisation. Project-leading Client Representation
The scope of duties. You take on the representation of the client in demanding projects at a higher, strategic level. You independently advise clients on their project plans, strategically manage the projects at various decision-making levels, and lead the planning and realisation team with assertiveness and a high architectural understanding. You are responsible for achieving the client’s objectives, managing quality control, procurement, and overseeing risk management. Phase-appropriate monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality is a matter of course for you. Knowledge of process design is an advantage. You negotiate independently with authorities and possess skill in moderation processes with clients, planners, and contractors. You always receive support from management and do not hesitate to call on this option if needed. The minimum workload for this versatile role is 80%.
Your profile. You are a recognised construction specialist with training as an architect or civil engineer, have several years of experience on the client side, and have independently led projects to success in Switzerland. You are accustomed to making responsible and efficient decisions. Your profound knowledge of the Swiss market enables you to communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders. You are a strong leader, of integrity, and a responsible team player.
