In the technical internal sales department Riotherm Air Conditioning, you turn customer enquiries into reliable technical and commercial foundations. You clarify requirements, develop air conditioning concepts and prepare offers.

In Sulgen, you are the central interface between field sales and project management. In doing so, you combine customer contact, technical development and administrative coordination.

Your task

You process enquiries technically sound, accurately calculated and customer-oriented. This way, sales and project management receive complete foundations for the next steps.

What you will achieve with us.

• You develop air conditioning concepts for smaller and larger customer projects and coordinate them internally.
• You clarify requirements directly with customers and answer technical and organisational queries.
• You prepare offers and take on the associated administrative tasks.
• You check tender documents and specifications and make uncertainties visible early on.
• You support project management in planning and coordination and ensure a clean handover of information.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a commercial basic training; technical further training or comparable additional qualifications are an advantage.
• You bring technical understanding or a strong interest in building technology and solutions that require explanation.
• Experience in technical internal sales, in a project-oriented SME or at a comparable customer interface will make it easier for you to start.
• You think in networks, work confidently with Microsoft Office and can combine technical, commercial and organisational points. CAD or ERP knowledge is a plus.
• You communicate very confidently in German, both spoken and written. English skills are an advantage.
