Project Manager in the Operations & Development Team
Focus on mental health in the workplace, development of digital offerings
You are responsible for the established digital offering Job-Stress-Analysis (JSA) and collaborate with internal and external partners on the further development of digital offerings. In doing so, you work at the interface of CHM, digitalisation, customer experience, communication and innovation.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of the employee survey tool Job-Stress-Analysis. You manage the collaboration with our external partners, ensure quality together with them, conduct training for consultants and other multipliers, and contribute to the successful positioning of the offering in the market.
- Furthermore, you actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental development and innovation projects and help to further develop the CHM offering portfolio of Health Promotion Switzerland.
- You analyse customer needs, user experiences and market trends and derive potentials for the further development of offerings, customer journeys, digital services as well as for the user-oriented further development of the website friendlyworkspace.ch .
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in psychology, public health, health, social, business or communication sciences or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects as well as sound knowledge in corporate health management; knowledge of Job-Stress-Analysis or comparable digital analysis and survey tools is an advantage.
- You understand how to analyse customer needs, technological possibilities and organisational requirements and translate them into user-oriented solutions. Ideally, you have corresponding experience in developing digital offerings and services and are proficient in methods such as customer experience, service design, design thinking or comparable approaches.
- Strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills as well as a confident sense for target group-appropriate and clear communication of complex content.
- Very good German and French skills are required; Italian and English skills are an advantage.
