- Responsibility for all main tasks
- Personnel and holiday scheduling
- Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative correct adherence to duties
- Ensuring communication with superiors as well as with the client
- Staff management and team meetings
- Organisation of basic and specialised cleaning work throughout the facility
- Adherence to cost centre budgets
- Shift reports, pool hours reports and monthly accounts
- Implementation of process and quality controls

- Completed vocational training
- Further training with expertise in cleaning / housekeeping
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills
- Solution-oriented and independent working style as well as flexibility
- Holds a driving licence
- Impeccable character
