Do you enjoy interacting with people and like to make them feel welcome? For our location in Volketswil, we are looking for a friendly and reliable person to support our team at reception on Saturdays.

Your Tasks

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
• Offer and serve coffee and water.
• Work together with the sales team to ensure our customers are attended to promptly.
• Answer telephone calls and forward messages.
• Keep the tea kitchen and customer lounge clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Assist with general administrative tasks.

Your Profile

• German as a native language and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent manners and communication skills.
• A friendly demeanour and a well-groomed appearance.
• A reliable, organised and independent working style.
• Availability every Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
