About the job

To complement our «Fugu» nursery team Winterthur Deutweg, we are looking for a co-educator 60-80% to start immediately or by arrangement.

«Fugu» nurseries are a private enterprise aiming to expand family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. At the Winterthur Deutweg site, right in the Deutweg centre, we have 320m2 of light-flooded rooms available, which we have furnished child-appropriately. Outside, there are also attractive play opportunities for a variety of activities. The building is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Our cook provides delicious and healthy menus daily for the children and all staff. The nursery is organised into 3 groups. Opening hours are from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm.

As a co-educator, you give your full commitment across several groups and are a valuable support for the group leaders. You represent the group leaders during holiday absences and demonstrate your leadership skills. Further training is a matter of course with us. TASKS

• Care and support of the children in everyday life
• Constructive collaboration with the group leadership and support in daily routines
• Assistance in planning and conducting excursions
• Assistance in planning and implementing regular parent events
• Professional work with parents
• Independent management of the children’s group according to our educational principles as well as independent assumption of all related tasks during the absence of the group leader

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specialising in childcare
• Resilience and great commitment in working with children
• Reliable, independent and organised working style
• Motivation, joy and interest in working with children and the team
• Positive and professional appearance
