About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of à la carte dishes and daily specials
- Ensure the quality of prepared dishes by adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to plan menus and supply needs.
- Control and manage food stocks and costs.
- Master pastry techniques
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas and comply with cleanliness standards.
- Dishwashing
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a cook
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a large-scale or collective catering cook
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- You are disciplined, punctual and seeking stable employment.
- You are proficient in HACCP standards
