Type of Work
In this versatile role, you are responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs as well as service and maintenance work on modern hydraulic and electronic systems in the field of commercial vehicle technology. You parameterise, test and optimise device functions and monitoring systems and carry out modifications and updates if necessary. In addition to work at the site, you will partly be deployed directly at customers with the service vehicle, ensuring a quick and professional resolution of technical problems. Depending on experience and interest, you will also take on tasks in technical customer support, advise customers and service partners on technical issues, and assist with administrative tasks related to warranty and service cases.
Requirements Profile
You have completed a technical vocational training, for example as an agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics engineer, truck mechanic, vehicle locksmith or in a comparable technical profession. Further training as a diagnostician is an advantage but not a requirement. You bring practical experience as well as enthusiasm for modern vehicle, hydraulic and electrical technology and are looking for a role where you can optimally apply your technical understanding and skills in fault finding. An independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style, teamwork skills and enjoyment of customer contact complete your profile.
