Responsibilities
- Research and integrate new suppliers
- Negotiate purchasing conditions
- Evaluate and monitor their performance
- Develop, integrate and execute purchasing methods
- Monitor and coordinate purchases
- Continuously improve Supply Chain processes
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data
- Implement strategic and operational purchasing activities
- Develop standardisation, define catalogue prices and negotiate costs
- Communicate useful information
Profile
- Purchasing diploma or equivalent training
- Several years of experience as a purchaser
- Proficiency in IT tools used in purchasing processes
- Knowledge of product markets
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and ease in communication
- Good oral and written knowledge of German and English
