Centre for Adult Psychiatry Acute - Park C
Ward Park C offers support and assistance to adults between the ages of 18 and 60 in psychological crises. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings from evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic active factors.
Your Tasks
Your core tasks include the individual, professional care and support of patients as a key contact person. You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, actively shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient your work according to the ward concept. Coordinated and multidisciplinary collaboration offers our patients the best possible treatment success. Leading groups is part of the tasks, as well as interdisciplinary coordination of treatment. You work closely with social services and strive early for appropriate aftercare. You provide professional crisis management and enjoy supporting patients in their recovery process.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and have an interest in the psychiatric field. You enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and have understanding for adults from the age of 18 in their specific coping with problems. You work with the key contact person system, know the various methods of nursing treatment and support. You orient yourself towards recovery and are interested in further developing the concept and offerings of the ward. A high-quality service is very important to you. If you are also a team-oriented, communicative and prudent personality, we would be very pleased to receive your application.
