Salary - CHF84,500 - 93,600Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company with its own development and production. The company develops and manufactures precise components and system solutions for various industrial and technical applications. Role:
As a purchaser, you ensure the timely and economical procurement of materials, components, and services. You manage suppliers, coordinate orders, and act as an important interface to internal departments. In doing so, you take on a versatile role with responsibility for reliable supply.
Responsibilities:
You procure materials, components, special parts, and services, create orders, and ensure timely supply.
You manage suppliers, obtain offers, conduct negotiations, and further develop the collaboration.
You monitor delivery dates, coordinate deviations, and ensure appropriate solutions in case of quality issues together with the responsible departments.
You maintain purchasing and supplier master data in the ERP system and work closely with logistics, production, quality, and sales.
You support new articles and customer-specific special parts, gather the necessary information, and prepare corresponding calculations.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing and good knowledge of materials management.
You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as MS Office and Excel.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, are communicative and confident in negotiations, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You have very good German and good English skills.
