YOUR MISSION

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor in Social Work HES-SO or equivalent qualification
• Proven knowledge of Swiss social insurances and the Vaud social network
• Several years of experience in this role
• Knowledge of Medlink software is an asset
• Interest in working in a multidisciplinary team with an elderly clientele
• Good adaptability
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Interest in human relations
• Good command of common IT tools
• Driving licence
