Your Tasks
Leadership and Specialist Tasks in Administration
· Personnel and professional leadership of the administration team including HR staff
· Organisation and control of the smooth operation in the administration area (reception, switchboard, secretariat, resident administration)
· Ensuring the complete and correct billing of all services to residents and external service recipients as well as implementation of innovations
· Supporting management in the acquisition of residents
· Supporting management and department heads in administrative matters
· Responsibility for the document management of the location
· Assisting at reception
Specialist Tasks in Personnel Administration (as deputy)
· Ensuring the entire personnel administration from entry to exit in connection with the HR Service Center at the headquarters in Muri b. Bern
· Application administration and support of department heads in recruitment
· Advising and supporting supervisors and employees in social insurance and labour law matters
· Absence management as well as support in the time recording and planning system Polypoint PEP
· Supporting the managing director in administrative and organisational tasks
What You Bring
· Commercial training as well as further education in the personnel field (Personnel Assistant)
· Ideally several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
· Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as IT affinity (SwissSalary, Polypoint PEP, Swiss+)
· High social competence, organisational talent and sense of responsibility
· Efficient, structured and reliable working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
· Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French knowledge is an advantage
· Enjoyment in working together and dealing with elderly people
