For our customer service at the Muttenz location, we are looking for customer advisors with the following qualifications

Customer Advisor (D/F or D/I) 80-100% (a)

YOUR TASKS

• You are the contact person for our customers across all channels
• You support them by phone, conduct advisory discussions, take orders or respond to complaints (solution-oriented)
• You handle correspondence or email processing in various languages

YOUR PROFILE

• You speak Swiss German and French or Italian (mandatory)
• You are resilient, open and communicative
• You have good basic PC skills
• You work with commitment, are flexible and customer-oriented
• You are motivated to familiarise yourself with a new area
