About us

Tagesfamilien Emme plus is passionately committed to supplementary family childcare in our day families and our daycare centre. From 1 February 2027, we are creating a new position and are looking for you as an organised and numerically skilled talent who will support our office with joy and care.

What to expect

Initially (from 1 February 2027, 30–40 %) you will take on HR and general administration

• Personnel administration: payroll, social insurance, AHV registrations, child allowances, notifications in case of illness/accident
• Monthly billing for day families, invoicing, dunning and debt collection
• Management of the billing software and the childcare voucher system
• Organisation and coordination of advertising appearances
• General secretarial, advertising and course administration

In a second phase (from spring 2028, total workload approx. 60 %) you will additionally take on accounting

• Maintaining the accounts and assisting with budget preparation
• Preparing annual financial statements and balance sheets for the auditors, management and board
• Tax certificates, monitoring incoming payments, annual social insurance statements

What you bring

• Commercial basic training and good IT skills
• Experience in accounting and annual financial statements
• Ideally knowledge of social insurance
• Structured and precise working style, reliability, diligence, discretion and empathy
• You are interested in supplementary family childcare
