Location: Hochweid Retirement Centre, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH Department 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics

Working hours: 40% – 100%

Start: immediately

Your role with us

You are a care professional and take responsibility for the care and support of our residents. You are a team player and work closely with our interdisciplinary teams. Together with us, you shape care that truly puts people at the centre.

What to expect

• Support of team management in organisation, duty planning and team leadership
• Co-responsibility for person-centred care and respectful support of residents
• Active participation in care – close to residents and team
• Active involvement in case discussions and the further development of care quality
• Quality and safety of nursing care during your shift
• Shaping processes and quality standards
• Professionally correct implementation of care concepts, standards and guidelines
• Contact person for colleagues, residents and relatives

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident expertise and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
