Back Office Insurance Clerk, 80-100%

What you will do with us

You will support our account managers in the comprehensive care of our clients and ensure that everything runs reliably in the background. Your tasks include:

• Handling daily administrative activities.
• Checking and processing policies and premium invoices.
• Recording and managing claims.
• Preparing quotes as well as premium and benefit comparisons.
• Telephone and written contact with clients.
• Collaboration and correspondence with insurance companies.
• Maintaining customer data and digital insurance portals.

In doing so, you work independently, take responsibility, and are an important point of contact for our clients and insurance partners.

What you bring

You fit particularly well with us if you:

• Have experience in sales support at an insurance broker.
• Are confident in the insurance field professionally. (Insurance intermediary VBV training is an advantage)
• Enjoy working independently, structured, and efficiently.
• Take pleasure in telephone and written customer contact.
• Keep an overview even with several tasks running simultaneously.
• Have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Use digital tools confidently and naturally.
• Approach professional challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented.
