Your role

• Overall responsibility for sales, distribution and marketing
• Further development of the sales organisation, strategy and processes
• Active participation in sales as well as acquisition and support of customers
• Leadership and development of employees and managers
• Active involvement in the executive board and exploitation of business potential

Your profile

• Several years of leadership and sales experience in the B2B environment
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and customer development
• Experience in building and leading a high-performance sales organisation
• Good understanding of B2B marketing as well as entrepreneurial and business management thinking
• Implementation-strong, decisive personality with confident German
