Your area of responsibility
- Taking over goal- and resource-oriented
support of individuals and young families as case management - Leading groups (therapy groups, morning and closing rounds)
- Conducting indication interviews
- Organising medication supply
- Independently contributing specialised nursing services
- Commitment to a patient-, team- and
network-oriented way of working
Your skills
- Nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in psychiatry or obstetrics/gynaecology
- Empathetic, creative and resilient personality with a high ability to work in a team
