Then we should talk.At Koster, you will take over a well-established ventilation department. Your predecessor did an excellent job, created stability, and raised quality to a high level. Now we are looking for someone to build on that. Not as a copy of their predecessor, but with their own personality, ideas, and enthusiasm to make a difference.

What awaits you

You will lead a team of 8 to 15 employees, be responsible for projects from CHF 300,000 to several million, and ensure that technology, quality, deadlines, and profitability are all on track. Calculation and demanding technical concepts are no new territory for you, but we are looking for more than that: someone who thinks ahead, questions, and helps shape things. Whether it’s more efficient assembly processes, new business areas, or completely new paths you find together with the team – we look forward to your ideas.

• You are a ventilation expert through and through. Technically skilled, experienced in system construction, and confident in handling demanding projects.
• You enjoy leading. Not because you like being the boss, but because you enjoy supporting people, delegating responsibility, and achieving success together.
• You think entrepreneurially. Costs, calculation, quality, and customer satisfaction are not contradictions for you.
• You have remained curious. Even with lots of experience, you are open to new technologies, different ways of working, and occasionally some crazy ideas.
• You look beyond your own plate. You don’t just want to advance your department, but to develop the entire Koster together with your fellow leaders.
  And if in a discussion about new workgroups, changed assembly concepts, or digital processes you don’t start by listing the risks but become curious, we could be a good match.
