Internal Sales Consultant Timber Construction Technology 80 - 100%

Your main tasks

• Customer advice by telephone
• Sale of structural timber products (DUO, BSH, KVH and CLT) including cutting
• Acquisition of customers by telephone and representation of the companies
• Coordination with production or the cutting plant regarding scheduling
• Preparation of quotations (system quotations advantageous) and efficient follow-up
• Recording customer orders in SAP
• Ordering and processing of handling orders via SAP (commissioned goods)

Your profile

• Technical training with commercial further education or commercial training with technical understanding
• Solid experience in the timber construction industry
• Experience in sales, ideally in trade
• High IT affinity and very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as SAP experience
• Basic knowledge (display knowledge) of Cadwork and SEMA
• Independent, flexible and precise way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Willingness for ongoing industry-related further training
