Your role with us:

• You are part of our professional team in a working environment that reflects the atmosphere of a 5-star hotel, our beautiful boutique in Bern.
• You assist with organisational and administrative tasks.
• You are in contact with our national and international clientele, support our customer advisors, and gradually take on sales activities independently throughout the entire sales process.
• You provide a warm welcome to our guests at the reception area, creating a professional welcoming experience.
• You help with the preparation and presentation of drinks, including service for food & beverage orders.
• Your proactivity and care, as well as smooth information flow between colleagues, contribute to the flawless functioning of the boutique.

What you bring with you:

• You are studying at a university, ideally in the field of hospitality and/or catering.
• You wish to complete a comprehensive internship in the retail luxury sector as part of your studies.
• You appreciate the environment of a luxury boutique and the contact with a discerning national and international clientele.
• You bring great passion for our products. Experience with watches and jewellery is a plus.
• You are balanced, committed, and enjoy working in a team.
• Your reliability and excellent organisation, your service-oriented attitude, and your attention to detail make you a colleague one can rely on.
• You want to make a difference through your exemplary attitude.
• You have perfect command of German and English; any additional language is a plus.
