Your Tasks
- Ensuring the efficient and smooth use of ICT workplace resources in energy trading and the market business area
- User support including event management, service requests, and consulting
- Management of the onboarding and offboarding process for ICT workplace equipment
- Ensuring the ICT workplace equipment inventory is up to date
- Occasional travel is part of the job profile
What You Bring
- Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) or ICT specialist (EFZ)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience with Windows workplace environments, Windows Office suite, Azure Portal (user administration), client hardware as well as ITIL processes and the Cobit framework is an advantage
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
