Clerk Export & Internal Sales 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from order receipt to invoicing.
The creation of quotations, delivery documents and order confirmations is done via the ERP system.
For repair cases, you coordinate the administrative handling including cost estimates and billing.
You prepare international shipments and check the associated customs and export documents.
You coordinate delivery dates and transports with internal departments and external partners.
You record supplier invoices and assist with the processing of outstanding receivables.
At reception, on the phone and with mail processing, you take on general office tasks.
Additionally, you support management, maintain ERP master data and participate in ISO 9001 processes.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in order administration, internal sales or a comparable function.
Experience with ERP solutions; knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office and common commercial applications.
Knowledge of export processing of technical capital goods.
Independent, precise and structured working style with a strong service orientation.
Organisational skills, reliability and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are a plus.
