In the STARK setting for participation, activation, resource promotion, and clarification - at the secondary school Burg , young people who are currently not integrated into regular classes due to psychological stress are taught. The design of individualized teaching in one-on-one settings and small groups is conducted in close collaboration with a social education professional. The focus is on academic support, relationship work, and supporting young people on their way back to school or social life.

Your profile - we are looking for
- Teaching diploma for secondary level I, ideally with special educational experience
- Experience with young people with social or psychological stress
- Flexible, creative, and resilient in individualized teaching
- Enjoyment in relationship work and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to new ideas
- Interest in building a specialized offering
