These tasks will inspire you
- You are out and about daily, competently advising farmers, contractors, and LANDI on all matters relating to seed.
- Your area of activity covers 60,000 hectares of agricultural land.
- Thanks to your closeness to practice, you literally "hear the grass grow" and bring your expertise, which you have acquired throughout your life, specifically into the advice.
- You support farmers in choosing the optimal seed for location, use, and yield goals.
- Together with the LANDI teams, you plan sales activities and customer events.
- You manage your sales area independently and can make a significant impact.

- Crop production is your passion.
- You enjoy sharing your practical experience and knowledge with others and are open to new things.
- You have an agricultural education (EFZ) and still have plenty of energy after handing over the farm.
- You are sociable, customer-oriented, and speak the language of agriculture. Ideally, you live in the sales area.
- You work independently, responsibly, and appreciate the freedom in field sales.
