As a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for conducting specific tests to ensure the quality of the product and packaging according to company requirements/standards.

YOUR NEW TASKS:

Testing and analyzing raw and auxiliary materials, as well as finished products using various procedures in the manufacturing process
Preparing and conducting sampling as well as recording, evaluating, and discussing the results
Triggering immediate production stop in case of quality tolerance violations and notifying Quality Assurance and production managers
Collecting and evaluating quality control data and preparing it for Quality Assurance reporting
Recording measurement results in compliance with GMP standards
Organizing and cleaning the workspace, laboratory, and areas in the plant
Assisting in the introduction of new products and packaging (adjusting, updating documentation)
Proper handling and maintenance of testing equipment and devices in compliance with the highest hygiene and safety regulations
Reviewing complaints received through the Sales and Warehouse departments
Analyzing and optimizing processes in the Quality Assurance area in compliance with internal guidelines, QA requirements, and Swiss and European food laws
Supporting, leading, and evaluating various projects in the areas of Quality and/or Operational Sustainability
Specializing in various areas such as microbiology, goods receipt, calibration/device maintenance, archiving, solvent management

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Professional training as a food technologist or laboratory technician in chemistry or biology with at least 2 years of professional experience
Experience in microbiology is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (4-shift) with corresponding mobility
Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
Precise and careful working style as well as responsible and independent personality
Teamwork skills and a high level of cross-departmental communication
German as a native language and basic knowledge of English
