Your tasks
In the section HR & Executive Secretariat within the central services of the KSVA you will take on the following tasks:
- Time management — Ensuring the proper functioning of the time recording system, handling daily enquiries from KSVA‑ employees (by phone and email) as well as implementing applicable personnel policies (holidays, absences, special life events, etc.)
- Payroll administration: Recording and checking monthly salary changes to prepare payroll accounting.
- Mail processing — Managing the shared HR mailbox (Outlook), processing incoming mail and unsolicited applications
- Correspondence — Taking on administrative tasks related to the entire personnel lifecycle
- Accident reports — Recording and processing accident reports including follow-up of daily allowance payments
- Events — Support in organising meetings and events
- Training apprentices — Assisting in the supervision and training of apprentices during their placement in HR
Desired profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the HR field
- Independent working style, strong organisational skills, flexibility and very good interpersonal skills
- Team player in a cooperative working environment
- Proficiency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
