Order Processing Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the distribution of high-quality premium products with a strong market position. Responsibilities:
You process customer orders and check relevant order data.
You check delivery dates and availability before further order processing.
You independently create and send invoices and order confirmations.
You record and coordinate supplier orders for customer and stock requirements.
You keep customer and item information up to date in the system.
For leasing transactions, you coordinate the processing with the responsible financial institutions.
You check incoming payments and monitor outstanding items.
For export orders, you prepare the required documents.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Experience in order processing or a similar administrative function.
Confident use of MS Office and common IT applications.
Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
Service orientation and teamwork are part of your working style.
Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French.
English skills complement your language profile.
