Clerk for International Orders and Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Check, record and process international orders in the ERP system
Update delivery dates and clarify discrepancies with the responsible departments
Coordinate shipping orders with external transport service providers
Independently prepare customer invoices and correction bookings
Issue necessary customs documents and other export certificates
Consider packaging requirements in shipping planning
Handle enquiries from customers and international logistics partners
Provide order-related documents completely and on time
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Professional further training in foreign trade is an advantage
Professional experience in export, freight forwarding or international order processing
Experience in handling international customer orders
User knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
Structured and precise working method
Reliable communication with customers and external partners
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
