For the Center for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient (ZFPS) we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

• You work on one of our medium / low security wards in a group setting
• You treat and care for patients from the penal system for measures
• You support and promote the social skills and abilities of patients in the milieu therapeutic setting as part of the key worker role
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring, and shaping the living environment
• You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future offenses
• You maintain contact with relatives and authorities
• You are co-responsible for the training of apprentices within the training mandate

• You have an educational qualification as a Dipl. Social Pedagogue HF/FH (SBFI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas)
• Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• You possess exceptionally high social skills
• You have pronounced communication skills
• You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
• You work in a three-shift system
