YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Completed technical training with further education in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ideally experience with ERP, PLM, or document management systems
- Strong organisational skills and high resilience even in demanding project phases
- Independent, structured, and proactive personality with quick comprehension and high reliability
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Supporting the head of engineering in daily operational business as well as in coordinating projects and resources
- Participation in departmental controlling, creation of KPIs, forecasts, and evaluations for capacity and resource planning
- Preparation of offers, checking of purchase orders, and tracking of milestones and deadlines
- Management, maintenance, and archiving of technical documentation as well as support of specialist departments in engineering processes
- Taking on classic assistant tasks such as appointment and travel management, meeting organisation, presentation preparation, and administrative HR tasks
