Are you ready to design and implement demanding collaboration and intranet solutions on Microsoft 365? Do you find it exciting to advise clients at a specialist and decision-making level and to convince them as a sparring partner? Do you want to plan and confidently moderate workshops with users and decision-makers? Are you not afraid to take responsibility for projects from A to Z: from the offer through the requirements to implementation and support during the introduction? Would you like to share your knowledge within the team and professionally advance colleagues?

You bring with you

• Microsoft 365 is no new territory for you. You have several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in consulting and implementation: SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform and Viva.
• You give modern workplaces structure with your deep understanding of modern work, governance, adoption and information architecture.
• You do not hide in front of clients, as you show confident presence and have experience in leading agile projects.
• You master not only tools but also accompany change. For this, you bring solid experience in consulting, change management and transformation.
• Very good German skills and good English.
