Lecturer in the BSc Nursing Program 60-70 %
You inspire students at the BSc level with your expertise in acute somatic, outpatient and/or psychiatric nursing as well as in digitalization. In addition, you help design teaching formats in mono-, inter- and multiprofessional settings.

The position holder:
- takes on tasks in the acute somatic, outpatient and/or psychiatric nursing field and positions themselves within it, furthermore actively participates in other mono-, multi- and interprofessional teaching topics and takes on tasks in e-didactics
- independently designs teaching units, conceptualizes courses or modules as module coordinator (with financial responsibility) and ensures their integration into the curriculum according to GesBG final competencies
- creates performance records and supervises written work
- continuously adapts teaching based on module evaluations, changing conditions and own working methods
- contributes to ensuring and continuously developing the quality of the study program and leads teaching-related working and project groups
- takes on tasks in strategic professional and curriculum development and is responsible for knowledge management (internal/external), which positions and strengthens the departments.
- holds content responsibility for modules/cross-cutting topics and their further development in their own department and participates in research projects
- is involved in public relations work
- university degree in nursing science at master’s level (MSc) and didactic further training (CAS University Didactics)
- experience in practical nursing in the Swiss healthcare system as well as professional specialization in psychiatric nursing
- teaching experience at tertiary level
- experience in project management
- strong interest in further developing attractive teaching offers to sustainably establish nursing education at tertiary level A
- high social competence and motivation to contribute to result-oriented, interprofessional problem solving in the university environment
- excellent presentation skills and confident communication in German and English
