Your tasks
- You look after individual children or groups during the lunch break, including lunch.
- You maintain communication with the teachers and care team during lunchtime.
- You are a reliable and constant reference person for the children in everyday life.
- You complete your annual working hours during school weeks, Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 14:00 (also possible in a reduced workload).
Your profile
- You have experience working with children (4–13 years) and ideally have a pedagogical qualification.
- You can empathise with the children’s world and enjoy working with heterogeneous groups.
- You are empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented.
- You have an interest in the approach of New Authority.
- You actively contribute to shaping the St. Karli day school.
- You communicate clearly and transparently and act creatively and solution-oriented.
