Career visit (half-day)
From the first year of upper secondary school, we offer a career visit of our apprenticeships. During half a day, you can find out whether the profession meets your expectations and is suitable for you. Our specialists will bring you closer to everyday professional life and answer your questions. A career visit with us is non-binding. This means no tests are conducted, you do not have to bring certificates, and there is no assessment on our part. This only takes place during an application internship.
After the career visit, there is the possibility of a multi-day application internship. Here you can experience the desired profession up close. Under the guidance of trainers, you will carry out specific tasks and step into the role of an apprentice for a short time. These valuable experiences allow a definitive decision to be made for the right career choice. For an application internship, we require your application as described:
Application letter stating your motivation for the chosen profession
Complete CV with photo
All copies of certificates from upper secondary school
Information about previously attended trial apprenticeships (profession, company, duration)
So that we receive a broadly supported basis for decision-making alongside the application, we conduct a suitability assessment with you during the application internship. Various general tasks (mental arithmetic, written arithmetic, logical thinking, German) as well as job-related tasks must be solved.
An application internship is only possible if there is an apprenticeship position available for the corresponding profession.
