- Development of a coordinated strategic annual plan in collaboration with the management team, which serves as a guide for your team and develops further measures if necessary
- Active customer acquisition and support, market development in cooperation with your team as well as consistent adherence to our high advisory standards
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as coaching and training of your field sales team
- Responsibility for achieving qualitative and quantitative targets
- Skilful handling of the usual KPIs in terms of performance management
- Passion for insurance sales in all aspects

- Joy and talent for motivating, coaching and leading a team of insurance advisors
- Several years of proven success in insurance sales, leadership experience an advantage
- High social skills and empathy
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills and high commitment
- Further training in the fields of insurance and/or sales desired
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, additional languages an advantage
- Resident in the Zug region with good networking
