About the job
Actively shape HR work in a dynamic and meaningful environment!
For an established company in the Swiss healthcare sector, we are looking for a committed HR professional who enjoys taking responsibility, advising managers as equals, and developing HR processes further.
You can expect a varied working environment with short decision-making paths, a collegial HR team, and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape change.
Your area of responsibility:
- You will manage your assigned area throughout the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit, supported by a well-coordinated HR administration.
- Consultation and support: You assist managers and employees from various professional groups in all personnel-related and labour law matters.
- HR in everyday hospital life: You engage with the special requirements of a healthcare operation, such as shift work, working time regulations, absence management, staff shortages, and different employment conditions.
- Sparring partner for managers: You accompany challenging personnel situations, support change processes, and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with those responsible.
- HR projects and digitalisation: You optimise existing HR processes and independently manage projects, including in the areas of employer branding, digitalisation, and HR development.
- HR systems: You maintain and further develop existing HR IT applications and contribute your ideas for more efficient workflows.
Your profile:
- Completed HR training, at least at the level of HR specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR department manager
- A genuine interest in healthcare and enjoyment in working with medical and nursing professional groups
- Ideally experience in a hospital, clinic, care facility, or a comparable organisation with complex personnel structures
- Understanding of the special framework conditions in healthcare, such as shift and on-call duties, working time models, securing skilled workers, and the requirements of an ongoing operation
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and confidence in advising managers
- Digital affinity and proficient use of MS Office as well as HR systems
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and sensitivity, even in challenging conversations
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility
