Administrative Assistant - 100% HSE Department Support- Ensure the updating, drafting and management of essential HSE documentation, including procedures, presentations and reports
- Contribute to the regular updating of HSE dashboards for monitoring key indicators and preparing reports
- Create, manage and maintain collaborative tools (such as SharePoint or databases) to optimise the efficiency of the HSE team
- Risk analyses: Ensure the administrative follow-up of resulting corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate and monitor contracts with service providers related to HSE activities
- Provide support in monitoring billing and ordering processes related to HSE operations
- Provide administrative and organisational support to operational HSE projects, notably for planning, monitoring and documentation
- Plan and organise HSE meetings and committees, and draft the corresponding minutes
- Manage the logistical organisation of HSE training (fire, first aid, etc.) intended for site occupants
- Coordinate and participate in evacuation and fire safety drills, in close collaboration with the HSE team
- Actively contribute to the development and dissemination of health and safety awareness campaigns, aimed at all site occupants with the Health Service and the HSE team
- Commercial, administrative or equivalent training
- An HSE specialisation is an asset
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience in an HSE or technical environment is a plus
- Experience within an international organisation is a plus
- Proficiency in French at minimum C1 level
- Proficiency in English at minimum C1 level
- Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office)
- SAP proficiency is a plus
- Communicative, autonomous, discreet and proactive personality
- Strong customer orientation and sense of service
- Excellent presentation
