Your new role
As our new Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our Project Development & Advisory Team in Germany. You will take on a key role as an expert and work together with a team of onshore wind energy specialists on projects commissioned by our national and international clients. Our projects are diverse, ranging from planning and permitting to construction and commissioning of wind farms. In addition to construction management, you will be the primary contact for our clients and subcontractors during construction and be responsible for the budget- and deadline-compliant implementation of large-scale projects.

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in projects of varying complexity and scale.
Your main tasks will include:
- Responsibility and management of the timely, economical and qualitative realisation of national and international onshore wind energy projects (new build, repowering, decommissioning) taking into account official requirements and contractual frameworks
- Construction management for all trades, including planning and coordination/interface management of construction processes and subcontractors
- Fulfilling the role of construction manager according to the relevant state building regulations
- Performance, quality and construction progress control and documentation of construction services
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of schedules
- Monitoring compliance with permits and environmental regulations as well as the standards and guidelines relevant to construction execution
- Review and approval of execution plans and comparison of on-site implementation with planning
- Acceptance inspections and preparation of defect lists for all trades
- Invoice verification for all trades
- Preparation of specifications and tenders for construction services
- Ideally completed training and experience as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo)
- Contact person for clients and all project participants regarding all matters concerning on-site implementation
- Preparation and review of documentation and reporting
About you
- Several years (at least 5 years) of experience in construction management of onshore wind energy projects
- Result-oriented, decisive and cooperative working style with appropriate foresight
- Goal-oriented communication skills at eye level as well as fluent German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Independent, goal- and result-oriented as well as decisive working style
- Strong team skills and good organisational abilities
- Knowledge and confident handling of construction law, VOB and technical rules
- Willingness to travel for work
- Confident use of MS Project and all standard office products
- Ideally experience with AutoCAD, ArcGis and tendering software
