About the job

For a renowned partner company in the Wohlen area, we are filling a position as an Automation Technician with a Federal VET Diploma. You will work on the assembly, wiring, and commissioning of electrical controls and devices. Additionally, you will test functions, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repair and maintenance work – either in the workshop or directly at the customer's site.

Tasks

Assemble, wire, and connect electrical assemblies
Read and implement construction plans and schematics
Perform functional and measurement tests
Troubleshoot faults and replace defective components
Maintain, repair, and document devices and systems

Requirements

Completed training as an Automation Technician with Federal VET Diploma
Good knowledge of electrical engineering, wiring, and measurement technology
Manual dexterity and precise working
Spatial imagination and understanding of circuits
Patience, perseverance, and structured working method
Good German language skills
