Head of Human Resources

Tasks

• Co-design and further development of the LSZ HR strategy, especially in the areas of corporate culture, employee retention and succession planning
• Responsibility for personnel and position planning in close cooperation with management and controlling
• Consulting and supporting management as well as line managers in personnel, organisational and labour law matters
• Organisational, professional and personnel management as well as further development of the HR team consisting of 3 employees
• Recruitment with a focus on management and key functions
• Ensuring a professional onboarding and offboarding process as well as continuous optimisation and further development of other HR processes and their digitalisation
• Implementation of salary-relevant processes (salary rounds, one-off bonuses, function level adjustments, promotions)

Profile

• University degree or higher professional training with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience in organisational development, change processes and strategic HR initiatives
• Good knowledge of modern HR processes as well as their standardisation and digitalisation
• Strong understanding of organisational and business contexts
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
• Assertive and strong in negotiation as well as a convincing personality with pronounced communication skills
• Good IT application skills, high affinity for digital tools and preferably experience with SAP HCM
