We continue to grow and are looking for committed business informatics specialists who want to dive into the exciting world of HR and payroll processes and support Swiss SMEs in digitalization.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You support our customers in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus HR and payroll solutions.
- Together with them, you analyze their HR processes, gather requirements, and develop smart, practical solutions.
- You help our customers tailor the Abacus software to their needs and individual processes and implement it for them.
- You accompany the software introduction step by step – from concept to go-live.
- After a careful introduction, you take responsibility for your own projects or customer mandates.
- You conduct workshops and training sessions and make our customers fit for the daily use of the Abacus software.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- You do not necessarily need to have HR or payroll knowledge yet – but you are eager to acquire it.
- You have a good understanding of business processes and an interest in digitalization topics.
- You learn quickly, think in networks, and enjoy working with people.
- A commercial or technical basic education is a good foundation – complemented by a degree in business informatics at HF/FH level is a promising combination.
- Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abacus) is a big plus but not a must.
- Your colleagues look forward to support from an easy-going person who likes to laugh, also at themselves.
