Specialist in Residential Care
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their developmental potential in our nursing group
- Cooperative key worker role
- Taking on a specific area of responsibility within the residential group
- Close coordination with the team for a shared nursing-pedagogical approach and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
- Workload: 50%-80%
What you bring with you:
- Qualification as a care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people with increased care needs
- Openness to new solutions and to reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
