Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Architect for Design & Execution Planning to handle versatile and architecturally demanding building projects. You will accompany projects from design through project planning and approval procedures to execution and detailed planning, bringing both creative and constructive expertise. A focus lies on the creation and coordination of digital planning documents with ArchiCAD and BIM as well as collaboration with specialist planners, authorities, and contractors. Additionally, you will participate in competitions and study commissions and support project management in the successful implementation of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the development and processing of architectural projects across all relevant planning phases
Preparation of design, project planning, approval, and execution documents
Creation and coordination of execution, working, and detailed plans for demanding building projects
Processing of building applications and submissions to authorities as well as integration of official requirements into planning
Building up, processing, and maintenance of 3D building models with ArchiCAD/BIM
Development and planning implementation of construction details, component structures, and material connections
Coordination of interfaces with structural engineering, building services, and other specialist planners
Support of project management in project organisation, scheduling, and quality assurance
Coordination with authorities, contractors, and other project participants during planning and realisation
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss building and planning regulations
Conducting plan and model checks and structured maintenance of digital project documentation
Participation in architecture competitions, study commissions, and feasibility studies
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or university level
Several years of professional experience in architectural planning, ideally in Swiss building construction
Solid knowledge in design, project planning, as well as execution and detailed planning
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD and experience with 3D-/BIM-based planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss planning and approval procedures
Experience in coordination of interdisciplinary specialist planning
Good German language skills spoken and written
